Schwinn 431 Elliptical Trainer

Machine arrived well packaged. Instructions were dead on. Price was great and Amazon had 12 months interest free. All that is just before family used the machine. I read up and selected the Schwinn 431. It is a quality elliptical and works smoothly. The programs are good and I like the water bottle holder. The fan is ok – it doesn’t throw off much air. Once set up it is easy to move and it doesn’t take up much room
I recommend this machine. I researched for along time before making this purchase. I am so satisfied. I have had the Elliptical Trainer for a month now and do a solid workout every morning. Lost 6 lbs. in three weeks. It is quiet, easy to assemble and doesn’t make noise when working out. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting exercise equipment. The first machine was damaged in shipping. It happens. The one that arrived, appart from obviously being NOT NEW, seems to be ok. It’s not built by Schwinn. It’s a Bowflex, there’s Bowflex documentation in the box. I suspect that Bowflex makes the same machine under another model number. Shop the best deal between them. Assembly went fine except for the extra, loose hardware that was in the packaging from the first time it was assembled. Extra parts confuse things. The only thing that doesn’t work is the fan. It would work except the plastic vane that adjusts the airflow is broken and wedged in the blades.
